Bloomberg reports:
European industrial production dropped the most on record in December, pointing to a deepening economic slump in the fourth quarter. Output in the euro region fell 12 percent from the year- earlier month after an 8.4 percent decline in November, the European Union’s statistics office in Luxembourg said today.

Quick but important mislabeling: you mark it as comparing Dec. 08 to Dec. '09, whereas the Eurostat data is the MoM (Nov/Dec) and YoY (Dec '07/Dec '08)change for Dec. 08. I saw nothing forward-looking about Dec. '09.
ReplyDeleteFrankly though, it shows as you posting at 4:10 AM. If I was in your shoes, I'd be making way more mistakes than you do regardless of whether or not I was staying up that late.
