Euro-zone gross domestic product shrank by 0.1% in the second quarter compared to the first three months of the year, the statistics agency Eurostat reported Thursday. Compared to the second quarter of last year, GDP fell 4.6%. Economists had forecast a 0.4% quarterly fall and a 5% annual decline.
