So most are comfortably under the cap.<br /><br />The real story as I see it, is the trend towards the Baseball/Euro soccer model, where large market teams dominate because of there ability to buy players.<br /><br />As existing contracts roll off, this trend should continue unless they can make music and get a contract negotiated. We'll see.<br /><br />The NFL has always has a little socialist aspect to it (even the drafting procedures) and kept smaller <br />market teams competitive.
